The opening in the middle allows your existing Dodge center cap to show through. IMPORTANT - You must have the matching factory aluminum 5 spoke wheel for this skin to work. It absolutely will not fit on any other wheel. To install simply remove your center caps, then snap the skin on the wheel. Tighten down center retention screw and lastly re-install your center cap for a factory appearance.
