Replica front or rear 18 x 3.00 star hub type wheel includes a black step style hub, black rim and cadmium spokes. Wheel is installed with a rubber rim strip. The valve stem hole is on the star side of the hub. NOTE: Wheels accept metal stem inner tubes.
