The Aftermarket Chrome's are stock Black Wagon wheels that has been Chrome Plated and has weep holes at the end of each spoke and they always have dirty places were water drains out of each spoke on the lip of the lip of the rim. That is the way all the black wagon wheels are and the spokes are hollow. 9 Spoke Front & Rear Wheels 16"x3". Fits All Harley Touring Models, 00-08 Touring.
