One 1987 1988 Cadillac Deville wire spoke locking 14 inch hubcap wheel cover

  

This hubcap is a FACTORY cap not aftermarket garbage and it is in daily driver condition with some dings and scratches but nothing terrible. This cap is the LOCK ON style which was the WORST of the 3 styles made. This will ONLY fit if you have 14 black STEEL wheels and the LOCKING RETAINER bolted in the middle looks like the one in picture #5. You MUST lock this cap on, IT IS THE ONLY WAY IT WILL STAY ON.

No locking retainer is included, but I have added a picture of one because this is the type retainer you must have on your wheel to use this hubcap. I may have the locks in stock, and will include ONE per hubcap at no extra charge if needed. If this is not the type you need, I have the other styles listed in separate auctions. I have included a picture of the back of the cap as well, in case you are still unsure.
