These hubcaps are in excellent condition. They came off of a 1983 Buick park avenue with 60,000 miles. I washed them with soap, however they would shine up much brighter if you cleaned them with a steel wool pad. Comes with the brackets that bolt them to the wheel, and the tool that came with the car.
